About Stockworks Gold

Stockworks Gold Inc. (“Stockworks” or the “Company”) is a publicly traded Canadian junior mining company focused on gold exploration. The Company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol STW and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 4XO1.

Stockworks is currently focused on advancing the Pirenópolis Gold Project in the mining-friendly state of Goiás, Brazil.

The Pirenópolis Gold Project

The Pirenópolis Gold Project is located approximately 25km from the historic town of Pirenópolis, which was founded during a regional gold rush in the late 1700s. Although alluvial gold was extensively recovered from local rivers and streams, the hard-rock source of that gold has never been identified. The historic gold rush declined before the introduction of modern mining and exploration methods, and the surrounding area has since received very limited systematic exploration. The project covers two stream catchments containing highly anomalous gold values and is located within the same regional geological belt as Kinross Gold Corporation’s world-class Paracatu gold mine, which contains more than 11 million ounces of gold. Mineralization hosted on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the Pirenópolis Gold Project. The Pirenópolis Project is interpreted as an orogenic-style gold system. Geological features identified to date include stratabound mineralization and alteration hosted within friable calcareous schist, quartz veining and sericite alteration zones.

The geological setting provides an encouraging historical parallel with Paracatu, where alluvial gold mining also began in the late 1700s before modern exploration identified the underlying hard-rock deposit in the 1980s.

Stockworks is led by an experienced management team and board composed of career mining executives. The Company’s leadership has experience financing, developing and advancing mineral projects through the exploration and development cycle, including transactions involving producing and advanced-stage mining assets.
