CABIN GOLD PROJECT, NT, CANADA

On February 27, 2026, Stockworks completed the sale of the Cabin Lake Gold Project to Fin Resources Ltd (FIN-ASX). The Company has monetized the Cabin Lake Gold Project to allow it to focus on Brazil.
Terms of the Sale:

• Initial $300,000 (AUD)

• 30,000,000 shares of FIN Resources Ltd.

• Staged Future Milestones Performance Rights totaling $450,000 (AUD) of FIN shares.

• Stockworks retains a carried 5% net cash flow royalty upon commercial production (does not require a pro-rata joint venture capital match).

• Cabin Lake is an Archean iron formation with an in-house estimated resource of 100,000 oz Au at 8 g/t Au (non 43-101 compliant), located 110km NW of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Additional targets and potential lie on-strike and down plunge of know zones.
